Sizes and Rate Details
We charge a pro-rated rent plus $110 in move-in fees. We also pro-rate your move out*. Your rent is always due on the 1st of the month. Fees accrue after the 10th.
Move-in Fees
The move in fees consiste of a $10 non-refundable setup fee, a $60 security deposit and a $40 gate access tag deposit for a total of $110. Upon successful move-out your security and gate tag deposits will be refunded to you.
A successful move-out means your unit is emptied of everything (including trash) and broom-swept and the gate tag has been returned to our office.
